On April 24th, the organizing committee specially invited the core leaders of over 20 representative enterprises in the production, design and sales sectors, including finished product retail brands in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, domestic e-commerce enterprises, cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and high-quality export suppliers, to participate in this event. Through methods such as "visiting the site, learning from experiences, discussing pain points, finding consensus, and promoting cooperation", the participants conducted fruitful exchanges and learning at Huixiong Leather Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Bili Fashion Group - Li Rong Shoe Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In the form of "on-site visit + on-site experience sharing + special discussion and exchange", they conducted effective communication and learning. They focused on visiting the largest bag design and research center in Asia, intelligent production workshops, quality control centers, and new material and technology display areas, and directly learned practical experience in improving production quality and implementing digital and intelligent transformation. They also visited the original design exhibition hall, brand operation center, and market channel expansion sector, and discussed industry hot topics such as brand building, original design, application of artificial intelligence AI, and market breakthrough strategies.
